The organization operates under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with a focus on sustainability, environmental protection, and evidence-based policy support.

The mission of the Climate Change & Biodiversity Research Centre is to design and implement real-time, research-based solutions to climate change and biodiversity loss. The organization aims to bridge the gap between academic research, real-time environmental data, and on-ground climate action by developing scientifically validated, practical, and scalable solutions that support sustainable development and environmental resilience.
